Design Studio - back end
Creating 3D virtual spaces is pretty simple for us, however creating a platform where property owners globally can easily design a store in 3 dimensions has ben challenging, but not impossible. We wanted to make the Design Studio platform a simple and seamless experience by keeping complex tech in the back-end for us to worry about, and a simple user interface for property owners to use, giving property owners freedom to focus on more important stuff like selling products and experiences.

Drag & Drop in 3D Spaces
Simply import 3d objects and place them anywhere you like. Scale and Resize 3D objects in real time to fit your preferences. We are currently working on a library with over 10,000 3d objects and more. File types that are supported: STL, 3MF, 3DS, MAX, OBJ.
More extensions will be available through future updates.

Open Source Library
Open source 3d communities already exist and we are bringing them together with Design Studio. We are also building our own community of 3D designers from around the world working on outstanding 3D models to help decorate properties. Simply import and drag & drop 3D objects in to live spaces.

Give an ultra realistic look to any property with Textures. Choose from a library of different textures that give realistic results of real world materials. Choose flooring types, cladded walls and ceiling architecture with ease. More textures are always added during version releases. Give any 3D object texture.

Themes
Change between themes on the fly with our Design Studio Theme Editor. Quickly load themes easily without having to replace fixtures and fittings. Themes are based on the inside shell of a property and can dramatically change the look of a property within seconds. At launch we will be offering 50 themes for store owners, from retail stores, leisure, offices, futuristic designs and more.

Lighting & Shadows
Pro level settings give store owners the ability to customise aspects of visitor experiences. Some settings can be taxing on certain graphics cards which is why property owners have the ability to change rendering graphics, shadows and lighting and even draw distancing. Visitors also have access to such settings but this doesn’t interfere with any settings property owners set. For a hyper realistic experience, max out those settings.
